Ginota provides feature to download report which measure QoD (Quality of Delivery) of SMS. Almost real time!

This new report allows you to know:

  1. Final state of a message: Delivered, Un-delivered, Failed, Expired...
  2. Number of message submitted
  3. Number of message sent

And two QoD ratios:

  • R1: "Success Ratio" is the percentage of message received by the handset
  • R2: "DLR Ratio" is the percentage of message with a delivery receipt

ACCEPTD

Sample Daily Quality of Delivery

R1 depends on external parameters such as phone is offline or out of reach but is an important indicator of how your traffic is performing. R2 tells you how Ginota is performing and we can influence it by providing the optimal path for delivery.

Do note that the figures will evolve throughout the day and you will get the final picture only after 72 hours - maximum expiration period for a message in this case referring to handset Delivery Receipt.
This will mainly affect the Final state of a message: Delivered, Un-delivered, Accepted, Expired, Rejected, Deleted and Unknown
