Am I able to view all the support tickets created by other users within my account?

The answer is No. Currently you are only allowed to submit support tickets to Ginota with the details of Your email address *, High Level Description *, Detailed Description *, GIN API Key *, Destination Mobile Number *, Error Code *, Date & Time of issue * and Attachment if there is any. Once tickets are filed, our support person shall get in touch with you via the entered email address within 24 hours.
